What a nice way to start this week. We have received this lovely testimonial from our client at a recent home renovation project in Onehunga:
Lance and the Maintain To Profit Renovations NZ Team renovated our 1930s bungalow. A wall was removed to create a new open planned living space, including a completely new kitchen. A deck was built to improve the flow from the new inside living space to the outside. The bathroom was extended, tiled and fully fitted out. New wardrobes were built in the bedrooms and a new linen cupboard was in the hall. All the wiring in the house was removed and completely redone, including a new switchboard. Significant plumbing work was done including installing a new hot-water cylinder. The interior walls painted and floors redone (sanded and varnished).
We really enjoyed working with Lance and the Maintain To Profit Renovations NZ Team. Right from the start Lance was very proactive in taking the time to visit (a number of times) and run through ideas and come back with options and costings. The house is not big so not a lot of room to work with, but Lance and the team came up with some great ideas to maximum space and storage. The project went very smoothly, we were kept very well informed along the way and Lance was always available when needed. We never felt like we were having to chase to get updates on progress and to get things done. Having never renovated before, you’re not sure how it will go, the quality, getting it done on time, budgets etc, but Lance made it very easy, the project was run well, done professionally and came in on budget.
We are extremely happy with the result, better than what we thought when we started thinking about the renovation. We are liking being back in what feels like a new house, done in time to enjoy it over summer. Big thanks to Lance and the team at Maintain To Profit Renovations NZ.
