The existing kitchen was small, it was closed in by a partition wall between it and the living room. Our first step was to remove the wall and fridge area cabinetry and relocate to outside wall. Removing the wall created an open space. The open plan living looks so spacious now allows dining table setting. Installed high quality tile flooring and subway tiles splash back which is easy to clean. The kitchen looks completed and stunning.

 

Laundry / toilet/bathroom

The existing bathroom was small, had a shower over the bath and was in need for an upgrade. Toilet was in the laundry room which had wasted space.

We suggested to open wall between laundry and bathroom and utilize the wasted space to create a tiled shower.

To create better flow we relocated the bath and vanity, also reposition the laundry tub. The laundry and bathroom now has a wow factor tiled shower, a better flow and looks spacious with tiled floor which is easy to clean.
